The approximately 16.000 SF club boasts 5 floors of club space including: a screening room, community outreach space, lounges, bars, and retractable rooftop restaurant.
Reception + custom fire-rated jewel glass partitions. A mix of materials and textures, the reception and stair hall are grounded by the sea-foam + cream terrazzo flooring, a replica of a section of original flooring unsheathed during selective demolition. (Photography: Dave Burk)

Babington cabin is a ground-up prototype designed for Soho Farmhouse, a Soho House development in Oxfordshire England. The cabin, nestled behind Babington House among a grove of mature trees, consists of 3 living modules (2 bed/bath + 1 great room) that are positioned to disturb the landscape minimally. The modular concept allows the cabin to grow from a studio to 3 bedroom footprint whilst, at all times, curtsying to the existing Oxfordshire landscape.
